St. Francis Center Employment Services provides services designed to give former offenders the hope and support they need to succeed. We help disadvantaged, hardworking people overcome barriers, and rebuild self-sufficiency, confidence, and pride.

In-Demand Industry Training

SFC Employment Services has collaborated with local industry employers and certified training providers to offer
skills programs designed to prepare participants for successful employment upon completion.

  • 01.

    Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 our - Construction.
    - 10 hours, over two days

  • 02.

    Highway Flagging
    - 2 to 3 hours; Offered twice monthly

  • 03.

    Forklift Basics
    - 4 to 5 hours; Offered at warehouse site

  • 04.

    Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule
    - 8 hours; required for all workers doing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in buildings built before 1978
