Stop the Revolving Door is a program designed to reduce recidivism, improve employment rates, increase average earnings, and help offenders ages 18-29 years successfully transition from prison back into the community. Participants must have been released within 60 days from a state or federal correctional facility to be eligible.
Stop the Revolving Door program is a collaboration between the Colorado Department of Labor, Colorado Department of Corrections, and community-and faith-based service providers.
