The Rays of Hope program is funded by a Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) grant, from the U.S. Department of Labor. This program services well screened non-violent clients. Those who are selected to participate will be given the hard skills necessary to enter into Colorado’s booming energy field. They will have job placement services and will receive ongoing case-management, for a period of 6 months after employment.
To be selected for this program, clients must have; references and a limited recent work history are drug-free, able to work, and have the potential to obtain a Colorado Driver’s License. All potential clients are required to attend the Employment Search Program (ESP) and other prerequisites to enter the Rays of Hope program.
