Rev. Tina YankeeExecutive Director Rev. Tina Yankee (M.Div. Iliff School of Theology, B.A. University of Colorado,) oversees and manages the work of the entire agency and develops, monitors, and adjusts projects to gain results and metrics. She is an ordained Lutheran Pastor with experience in serving rural churches, drug and alcohol counseling, working with disadvantaged populations, and program development and management. Rev. Yankee has served Turnabout for 14 years. |

Kris DafniPrograms Director Kris is trained through the National Curriculum and Training Institute using the Crossroads Cognitive Behavior Change Curricula and is a Certified Cognitive Facilitator. She has also completed the Colorado CORE Mediation training. She supervises the Case Managers and oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency. Ms. Dafni has served as Programs Director for 5 years. |

Bobby WilliamsReintegration Specialist Bobby brings more than 30 years counseling experience to Turnabout. He has a B.A. in psychology from University of Colorado. He has served as a mental health worker, correctional counselor, hostage negotiator (F.B.I.), government employee assistance specialist, and job counselor. Bobby has served part-time as Reintegration Specialist for 11 years. |

Hassan Latif, CAC IICase Manager / Mentoring Coordinator Hassan facilitates group discussion during mentoring/support meetings and provides case management to program participants. He regularly speaks to groups at various correctional facilities throughout the state. He is also a graduate of Peer One, a Certified Cognitive Facilitator and a licensed CAC II. Mr. Latif has served as Mentor Coordinator for 2 ½ years, Case Manager for 1 ½ years. |

Taryn Van DeusenCase Manager Taryn provides Case Management and support services for program participants. She has her BA in English, and will upon completion of testing be a Certified Paralegal. Her ultimate goal is to apply to law school and serve the disadvantaged. Ms. Van Deusen has worked at Turnabout for two years. |

Kelly BookerTraining Coordinator Kelly attained his 2nd year apprenticeship with Independent Electrical Contractors, is a registered Department of Transportation (DOT) Flagger Proctor, has 2 years experience as a forklift trainer, and completed 2 years toward his B.S. in computer programming. Mr. Booker has served as Training Coordinator since May 2010. |

Felicia Muniz Front Office Coordinator Felicia provides centralized information and referral to community resources for general drop-in participants, and coordinates the front office. She attends Red Rocks Community College part-time and takes care of her three children. Ms. Muniz has served as Front Office Coordinator for nearly two years. |

Christopher Hughes Administrative Assistant Christopher assists participants to access services as part of our front office team. He is currently pursuing Evangelical Studies and his goal is to become an ordained minister working with young adults. Christopher has served on staff since March 2011. |
